• Eligible redemptions are limited to: (i) Points + Cash room bookings made via the AYANA booking engine for AYANA Midplaza Jakarta only, and (ii) voucher redemptions made on the AYANA Rewards website catalogue where the redemption property is AYANA Midplaza Jakarta.
• Excluded redemptions: Airport pickup, iPrefer, and KrisFlyer miles redemption.
• Cashback will be awarded according to the published cashback tier below (minimum eligible redemption threshold applies): 5,000 points redeemed → 1,000 cashback points 5,001–9,999 points redeemed → 1,400 cashback points ≥10,000 points redeemed → 2,000 cashback points
• Cashback is calculated based on the member’s highest single eligible redemption transaction during the campaign period, with a minimum of 5,000 eligible points to qualify; cashback will be credited one time only per member.
• Each member is eligible to receive cashback one (1) time only during the campaign period.
• Maximum cashback: 2,000 points per member during the campaign period (regardless of number of eligible redemptions).
• Cashback points will be credited to the member’s AYANA Rewards account used for the eligible redemption within up to 7 days after the campaign period ends, subject to verification.
• Points + Cash room bookings and voucher redemptions are final and non-cancellable; incomplete, failed, voided, or ineligible transactions will not receive cashback.
• Cashback points are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
• If cashback points are posted incorrectly for any reason, AYANA Rewards may adjust and/or reverse the points to the correct amount.
• Claims related to this promotion must be raised within 14 days after the campaign end date and must include proof of redemption; claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.
• AYANA Rewards reserves the right to withhold, deny, or adjust cashback in cases of suspected error, misuse, or violation of program rules, and to amend or end the promotion without prior notice where permitted by law.
