2. The extra two level nights will contribute towards your AYANA Rewards membership level upgrade criteria. They are not awarded as a bonus night stay.
3. The benefits offered in this promotion are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
4. Members must complete the provided claim form, sent via email after 31 December 2024, to receive benefits.
5. The extra level nights will be applied within 14 days after the end of the promotion period, and upon the successful completion of the claim form.
