• Stay period: 17 March 2026 to 4 April 2026. Only eligible stays completed within this stay period qualify.
• Only members who have completed and submitted the promotion enrollment form by clicking HERE within the promotion period are eligible.
• Promotion is valid for direct bookings only for stays at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. Bookings made via OTAs and other third-party channels are not eligible.
• Member must be an active AYANA Rewards member prior to arrival/check-in. Retroactive enrollment or membership creation after arrival is not eligible.
• The reservation email address must match the member’s registered AYANA Rewards email address to be eligible.
• Eligible earn is limited to base points earned from eligible room rate spending only, in accordance with AYANA Rewards rules. Taxes, service charges, fees, add-ons, and non-room spend are excluded.
• “Double points” means an additional bonus equal to 100% of the base points earned from the eligible stay (base points + bonus points). Bonus calculation follows AYANA Rewards calculation/rounding rules.
• No cancellation permitted: cancelled, refunded, voided, no-show, shortened, or otherwise invalid stays are not eligible for double points.
• One-time benefit: each eligible member may receive the double points bonus one (1) time only during the promotion.
• If a member completes multiple eligible stays during the stay period, the bonus will be granted only for the single stay with the highest eligible room rate spending during the stay period.
• Double points will be credited to the member’s AYANA Rewards account after the promotion period ends, within 7 days after 4 April 2026, subject to verification and successful posting of base points.
• Bonus points will be credited to the same AYANA Rewards account associated with the eligible stay and are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
• If points are posted incorrectly for any reason, AYANA Rewards may adjust and/or reverse points to the correct amount.
• Claims related to this promotion must be raised within 14 days after the bonus posting date (or after the promotion end date) and must include proof of booking and stay; claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.
• AYANA Rewards reserves the right to withhold, deny, adjust, or reverse points in cases of suspected error, misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or violation of program rules, and to amend or end the promotion without prior notice where permitted by law.
